There were 4 trailers on the property with residents. The residents were relocated with their trailers or when the trailers were not road worthy, the trailers were demolitioned and recycled.

A berm was created with 16 loads of soil. Tea Olive and towering Magnolia were planted on the common area at the roadway.

A graphic artist worked with us to create a colorful logo and final design for the development signs ... Logo versions considered
