There were 4 trailers on the property with residents.  The
residents were relocated with their trailers or when the
trailers were not road worthy, the trailers were demolitioned
and recycled.
Phase 5 - 2016 Paving and Valley Curbing Installed

seed planted and covered with
hay until the grass was able to
germinate and take root.
GP Lookadoo's former country store was left abandoned
for 25 years.  Finally removed along with the asphalt
driveway and parking area.  
Phase 6 - 2016 Landscape design, planting, seeding and irrigation installation
Phase 7 - 2017 Stone columns, aluminum 1 Inch  industrial grade fence and column lighting
Phase 8 - 2017 Development signs designed, created and to be installed by October 1, 2017
Phase 9 - 2018 3rd Qtr - Streetlights, Decorative Motorized Gate, and Security Installation
A berm was created with 16 loads of soil.   Tea Olive and towering
Magnolia were planted on the common area at the roadway.

A graphic artist worked with us to create a colorful logo and
final design for the development signs ... Logo versions considered
